After you book a photo booth, we try to make planning your event as easy as possible!

You will get an easy to use portal where you can see and manage all of your pre-event details in one place. Everything from designs, backdrops, payments, your event questionnaire, prop selection, set up details, add-ons, and upgrades.

To save the date and get started on your design work, we ask for a 30% non-refundable retainer of at least the Rental Fee.

No worries if you’re unsure about the exact hours right now. The hourly fee can be paid later if needed!

The final balance is due 30 Days before your event unless previously discussed

This style of Kansas City Photo Booth can be booked instantly!

After we set up the photo booth and make sure the pictures are looking great, we will leave and let you use the photo booth on your own until the event end time.

The booth is very user friendly so there shouldn’t be any problems with leaving it unattended but you can add an attendant if you prefer. Please reach out for a custom quote for that.

We will periodically check in on your photo booth remotely to make sure everything is working fine. If we see any issues like someone moved the backdrop, tilted the head too far, or turned off the ring light, we will text the designated person and let them know. This is very rare!

You will receive a Zip File of all photos and videos from your event. These are yours to keep and use however you like. You can share them, print them, use them to make a video collage, whatever you want to do!

We can make these for you if you want! They are a lot of fun to share for years to come at Anniversaries!

The Digital Photo Booth does not offer printing or an attendant but it is still the best bang for your buck when it comes to breathing life into a party and creating a ton of fun memories.

After your guests take a photo or video, an on-screen pop-up will allow them to text or email it to themselves as many times as they want until they end the session.

If the booth is connected to Wifi, they will instantly get the download link for quick sharing so everyone knows how awesome your event is!

Don’t worry though, if Wifi becomes unavailable, they will still get the photo later on!

We can leave the gallery open so anyone at the event can see everyone elses photos, or we can add a password to protect your guest’s privacy if you prefer.

Either way, you will get a copy of all photos and videos in a zip file after the event,

This photo booth includes your choice of a PHYSICAL backdrop from our catalog or a VIRTUAL green screen.

VIRTUAL Greenscreens can be used to create immersive scenes or Magazine Cover photo booths designs. We highly recommend them for a unique photo/video experience. Examples coming soon!

This booth includes optional DIGITAL props.

These are similar to Snapchat filters. Once your guests start a session, they will see the available props on the screen and can scroll through to preview them before they choose. It can be really entertaiing and will jkeep people playing with the booth longer.

They are a lot of fun but sometimes they are a tad glitchy on video outputs like GIFs and Boomerangs.

This technology uses AI to detect faces so it knows where to place the props. if people will be wearing masks or costumes at yourevent, the AI will do a terrible job recognizing faces. Also, they cannot be removed after.

Here are a few reasons you may want to consider skipping them… if you need the line to move as quickly as possible, if a post-event slideshow or video is a priority to you, or if you don’t want any faces covered.

Poolside? At a tailgate party? On a dock at the lake? …even inside the most beautiful wedding venues! This Kansas City Photo Booth is incredibly flexible to guarantee a great time!

We have multiple styles of this booth type that are quick, beautiful, durable, modern, sleek, professional and ready to bring some fun to any space, no matter how big or small.

This affordable Photo Booth has a TINY footprint.

If we use a virtual green screen and skip the physical backdrop, we can operate this booth in as little as 6×4 feet! If we use a physical backdrop, we will need 12×12 feet of space to set up and tear down and 8×8 feet to operate.

One standard outlet within 25 ft. is ideal but we can bring more cord for free or upgrade you to batteries if you need!

Since this booth uses a constant ring light and not a strobe or flash, it is not powerful enough to handle ALL lighting challenges but in most settings it is perfect!

The ring light is VERY bright and can keep people looking great from about 5 feet away no matter what the lighting is in the room.

If it’s a dark room though, and people start to get farther away, the images will get blurry and any AI features like virtual greenscreens and digital props will not work as well.

Not to worry though, even if it’s a dark room and people can only be 5 ft. away, this booth can still fit at least 6-8 people!

We can also add-on additional lighting if you want!

Pro Tip! This booth can be set up anywhere in your space but it is best to try and point the ring light away from where guests will be mingling.

IDLE TIME:

If you have a period where you would like the photo booth set up but not in use, we can lower the hourly rate to our idle rate of $50/hour.

This is helpful for times when guests will be in another part of the venue or if there is a ceremony, performance, or speaker that needs the full attention of the space.

You will receive a Zip File of all photos and/OR videos from your event. These are yours to keep and use however you like. You can share them, print them, use them to make a video collage, whatever you want to do!

We can make these for you if you want! They are a lot of fun to share for years to come at Anniversaries!

This photo booth includes two prints per session!

We can add unlimited prining to your event so everyone in the photo gets a print every session and we will print an extra copy of every photo for you to keep or place in a guest book! This would be an additional $49/hour

We can also add the option for guests to get a print AND share a digital copy of their photo directly to themselves via text for an additional $95.

Once you have access to your portal, you will have access to the available backdrops for your event.

The 360 photo booth does not print photos because it creates video experiences.

Instead, it will let your guests instantly text themselves a fun video with your choice of music! Samples coming soon!

This photo booth does not require or include a backdrop but let us know if you would like a custom quote for a virtual green screen background or a custom enclosure… We can now create backdrops even for video files!

If you would like to try a reverse glam and use a black backdrop with white text, we can do that as well!

This booth includes a professional glam filter.

Typically these are for more elegant and formal events so we do not automatically include props in this rental.

If you would like to add them, please let us know and we will get you a quote!

If budget is a concern and you can do without printing, we can acheive a similar effect with our Digital Photo Booth!
