360 Photo Booths
The 360 Photo Booth is a staffed video experience where guests step onto a platform while a camera rotates around them to capture short, shareable videos. It’s designed for high-energy events where movement, music, and visual impact matter.
This experience is often chosen for large weddings, corporate events, brand activations, and large celebrations in the Kansas City area.
Because it captures video instead of photos, it feels more like a feature attraction and leaves your guests with a truly unique keepsake video.
It requires more space and coordination than a standard photo booth, but the result is polished, dynamic content guests love to share.
This is a video-only photo booth experience that does not offer photos.
Guests stand on a circular platform while a rotating camera captures a short video clip. One video style and design overlay or frame is included, with the option to add additional styles and effects if desired.
An on-site attendant is always included and required to operate the booth and guide guests.
On event day, our staff arrives 1–2 hours early to set up the 360 equipment. They remain with the booth for the duration of the rental to assist guests and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Guests step onto the platform and follow simple direction from the attendant while the camera records a short video. The guests can instantly text the videos to themselves.
Music can be added to each video along with a custom design effect and/or frame. Clients may provide their own music, or choose from provided sample options.
If there is a portion of your event where the booth is set up but not actively in use, such as during a ceremony, presentation, or performance, a discounted idle-time rate can be applied to those hours.
After the event, all videos are delivered digitally.
Each rental includes staffed setup and unlimited operation of the 360 Photo Booth for the booked time.
Your rental also includes stanchions if needed.
Guests receive their videos by text, formatted for easy social media sharing.
After the event, you receive a ZIP file containing all videos from your event. These files are yours to keep and use however you like, including sharing, reposting, or saving for future celebrations or promotions.
Optional post-event video edits or compilations can be created if requested.
A physical backdrop is not required or provided with this photo booth. Most people use the natural event environment.
Bookings are available in 30-minute increments.
Idle Time
We are not typically able to set up or tear down equipment while guests are actively using a space.
If the booth needs to be set up, but not in use for part of your event, a discounted idle-time rate of $75 per hour can be used for that time.
How To Secure Your Date
To reserve your date, a 50% non-refundable booking fee is required. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event, unless previously discussed.
As you complete the booking process, you can choose from one of our easy payment plans if you like and can even easily share payment links with others who may be involved in your event.
